Your meals are freshly frozen after preparation. This method preserves their nutrients and preserves the cold chain.

Thanks to the vacuum method, dishes can be stored in the freezer for 6-8 months or in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.

HEAT AND EAT:

For microwave:
Step 1: Take the sticker and film off.
Step 2: Place the meal on the glass dish of the microwave, making sure it is not touching the walls.
Step 3: Microwave the meal for 5- 4 minutes or more if needed.

For Air Fryer and Oven:
Step 1: Take the sticker and film off.
Step 2: Place the meal inside.

Local Delivery (Greater Montreal & Surrounding Areas)

Orders under $150:

Delivery is completed by HulkMeal drivers using temperature-controlled insulated bags.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message and an email with a tracking link.

You do not need to be home.

Meals are left safely in insulated bags that keep food cold until you arrive.

Areas Outside Greater Montreal

(Examples: Gatineau, Québec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, etc.)

Orders to these regions are shipped via Purolator, typically at the start of the week.

Québec-Wide Shipping (Outside Local Zone)
