HulkMeal offers prepared meals for delivery or pickup. Meal plans, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available on our website.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after the weekly order cutoff.

4. Delivery & Pickup
Deliveries are available within Québec only.
Pickup is now available at our store located at 280 Chem. de la Grande-Côte, Saint-Eustache, QC J7P 4A7.
Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. HulkMeal is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

5. Resale Policy
It is strictly prohibited to resell or redistribute HulkMeal products without prior written authorization and a valid Consignment Sales Permit issued by HulkMeal. Unauthorized resale or redistribution constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service and may lead to legal action.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not accept returns. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Allergens & Nutrition
While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our meals may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Please read ingredient lists and labels carefully.

8. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled through your account settings.
Cancellations must be made before the weekly order deadline to avoid charges.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on hulkmeal.com, including logos, menus, photos, and text, is the property of HulkMeal and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
HulkMeal shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
