At HulkMeal, we are committed to delivering your meals promptly and ensuring they arrive fresh. Please review our shipping policy to understand our delivery and pickup processes.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver within the Greater Montreal area and selected regions in Québec.
2. Delivery Schedule

Greater Montreal Area:
Orders are delivered the day after placement, available on weekdays (Monday to Friday), between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. -
Areas Outside Greater Montreal (e.g., Gatineau, Quebec City):
Deliveries are typically made via Purolator at the start of the week.
3. Delivery Fees

Orders Over $150 (before tax):
Free delivery -
Orders Under $150:
A shipping fee of $9 applies.
4. Order Tracking

Greater Montreal Area:
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message and an email containing your tracking number. -
Areas Outside Greater Montreal:
You will receive an email on the day of your delivery.
5. Delivery Instructions

Absence During Delivery:
If you are not home, meals will be left at your door or in a designated location specified during checkout. All meals come in insulated bags that help keep food cool.
HulkMeal is not responsible for any meals left unattended. -
Accurate Information:
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed deliveries and will not be refunded.
6. Pickup Option
You may choose to pick up your order at our store:

7. Product Freshness & Packaging
All meals are delivered in insulated packaging to maintain freshness.
Upon receiving your meals, please refrigerate or freeze them immediately as per the instructions on the labels.
