Amino+Recovery is an amino acid complex to improve daily recovery. Ingredients such as Ashwagandha Root Extract, Siberian Ginseng and D-Panthetin help stabilize cortisol (stress hormone) levels post-workout.
A blend of amino acids to support recovery, without increasing insulin.
Warnings: Be sure to hydrate well before, during, and after exercise. Contraindications: Do not use if you suffer from high blood pressure. Known adverse reactions: May cause a sensation of redness, tingling and/or tingling of the skin, in which case reduce the dose.
Dosage: Recommended Use or Purpose: Workout supplement and athletic support.
Recommended dose: Adults. Take 1 scoop per day. Mix the product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Consume immediately after exercise.
